Your support last year was vital to achieving Hagar’s dual approach in Vietnam of providing direct support to survivors and their children while also building our partners’ capacity to replicate Hagar’s recovery model in working with survivors. Because of you, in 2017, we were able to:
• Respond to the needs of 120 direct clients and 50 dependent children
• Support partners to respond to the needs of 200 clients indirectly
• Reach at least 7,500 people through awareness raising campaigns in partnership with local authorities
• Conduct nine community trainings for 358 community members about domestic violence, trafficking, online safety, and positive parenting.
